SHIPPING POLICY
All in stock candles are processed within 1-3 days of purchase date (excluding holidays). Domestic shipping rates offered are standard 3-5 days USPS or UPS and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Candles not currently in stock have a processing time of 3-5 days (excluding holidays). Orders received after 5 p.m. EST will be processed the following day.
Custom order processing and delivery timeframe is case-by-case and will be agreed upon by both parties before invoicing. Tracking numbers are available as soon as the candle ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to update.
International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Candle Cult is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
RETURNS/EXCHANGESWe do not accept returns unless the candle arrives to you damaged. Replacements are made on a case-by-case basis and require proof of damaged goods. Please email Luci@CandleCultCo.com to initiate the process.
